Thank you for shopping with Here & There.

Most of our products are printed to order, which means each item is made especially after your order is placed. Because of this, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, wrong colour, change of mind, or customer input errors on personalised products.

Please check the size guide, product details and any personalised text carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • your order number

  • a short description of the issue

  • clear photos of the item and the problem

  • a photo of the packaging if relevant

If the issue is approved, we will offer a free replacement, reprint or refund depending on the situation.

In most cases, you do not need to send the defective item back to us.

Personalised products

Personalised products are made specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect.

Please check all spelling, city names, coordinates and custom text before ordering. Personalised text will be printed exactly as entered.

Size and colour issues

Because each item is made to order, we cannot guarantee refunds or exchanges if the wrong size or colour was selected.

Please review the size chart before ordering. If you are unsure, we recommend choosing a size up for a more relaxed fit.

Items sent back without first contacting us may not be accepted.

Refunds
